With an Honorary Doctorate (HC) in Life and Motivational Coaching, her work blends professional expertise with personal experience shaped by her journey through emotional and physical challenges.

Her exploration of the mind, emotions, and deeper patterns that shape human behaviour led her to study Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Psychology, and Life Coaching, shaping an integrated approach to inner growth.

Through Inner Monk, she now guides individuals toward greater awareness, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves.
